Job Summary: The Physical Rehabilitation and Fitness Center Manager will organize and direct departmental activities at CHI St Joseph's Health. Provide direct supervision to assigned personnel. Coordinate and integrate the employee activities as assigned by Department Director or VP. Responsible for the appropriate management of programs and resources.


Essential Duties:

Attends all department meetings.

Contributes to department planning.

Accepts project or work assignments.

Ensure documentation is completed, distributed and filed as appropriate.

Maintains confidentiality relating to protected information.

Ensures and all policies, procedures and practices are in compliance with regulations.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field and must complete a course in physical therapy education accredited by the Commission on \

Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) or which meets the accreditation requirements of CAPTE, as determined by the board.

Experience:

1 -3 year of related leadership experience.

License/Certification:

Must be PT, OT, SLP, EP or AT.
