MACHINE OPERATOR (CNC LATHE AND MILL)

Sets up and operates a production CNC machine; vertical, horizontal and multi-axis machines. Uses CNC equipment to produce machined parts in accordance with manufacturing drawings. Must be able to read blueprints. Perform preventative maintenance on machine. Perform in-process inspection of machined parts as detailed on manufacturing blueprints. Must beable to operate, read and accurately record tolerance dimensions on inspection sheets.

MANUAL MACHINIST / DRILL PRESS OPERATOR (LATHE)
Use manual machines to produce, repair and fabricate machined parts to specifications. Must be able to read blueprints. Perform preventative maintenance on machine. Perform in-process inspection of machined parts as detailed on manufacturing blueprints. Must be able to operate, read and accurately record tolerance dimensions on inspection sheets.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER
You will analyze, modify and design multiple projects requiring independent application of advance engineering techniques. Work with design teams on current and future Wellhead equipment to evaluate structural integrity and durability. Development of standard analytical analysis procedures to support designers and ability to conduct preliminary FE simulations.
A B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering with a min. of 3 years exp. with a min. of 2 yrs. exp. in the area of structural analysis. You should have an understanding of fatigue analysis and demonstrate applications of the principles in the design process. Examples of experiences must show not only model creation but also post analysis critique and design recommendations. Exp. with SolidWorks and AutoCAD CAD software, and engineering database programs is desired.

DRAFTSMAN / DESIGNERS
Assist engineering department with drafting and design support duties. Assist sales department with presentation drawings for quotations. Assist manufacturing and engineering department with drawing requirements, as necessary. Assist all departments with part number assignment and description coordination. Maintain engineering records in accordance with internal procedures.

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR
Must be trained to verify, confirm and accept conformance of products to specific criteria (ie. drawings, industry specifications, internal specifications, customer specifications, etc.) As require, must be able to identify and segregate nonconforming products. Works with other departments on an ongoing basis to assure efficiency and quality in the work process and in the product.

MECHANIC (CNC & LATHE MACHINES)
Assure that all manufacturing equipment remains in good operating condition. Perform necessary repair functions of CNC machines (i.e. repair and maintenance). Expected to make both basic & advanced repairs. Coordinate scheduled machine maintenance & perform unscheduled machine maintenance and repairs as necessary. Maintain proper maintenance records for all machines.
